How do I know which therapy service is right for me?
You don’t need to have it figured out before reaching out. Just tell us what’s going on in your life and we’ll recommend the right type of therapy and match you with the best fit therapist. Many people come to us unsure that’s completely normal.
Can I do more than one type of therapy at the same time?
Yes. For example, individual therapy and couples therapy are commonly combined. Your therapist will work with you to design a treatment plan that addresses all your goals not just one piece of the puzzle.
Do you offer telehealth for all services?
Yes, all of our services are available via secure telehealth for anyone in Texas. Some clients prefer in person sessions, while others find telehealth more convenient. Both options offer the same high quality care.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your goals and the type of concern you’re working on. Many clients see meaningful improvement within 8–12 sessions. Others prefer ongoing monthly support. Your therapist will review your progress regularly and be honest with you about what’s working.
What if I start therapy and it’s not the right fit?
Just let us know. We’ll re match you with a different therapist at no extra cost. A good therapeutic relationship is essential we’d rather you find the right fit than stick with someone who isn’t working for you.
